Contest Terms & Conditions

By entering this contest, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.  

• The entry will need to have a rating of G or PG.   

• One entry per individual, team, or band will be allowed. If multiple entries are received, the additional entries will be disqualified.  

• The person who submits the entry into the contest must be over 18 years old.

• If the contestant is under 18, a parent or guardian may submit the entry on behalf of the minor.

•  If multiple entries are received from the same individual for the same contest, the entries will be disqualified. from the contest.

• The content submitted must meet the quality audio and video standards. A quality cell phone video can be used.

• The contestant guarantees that he/she owns the rights to the content they submitted for entry into the contest. A song or other content might be provided by NuStream Entertainment, or a third party as part of the contest. For example, we provide the music, you provide the dance!

• If the content provided by NuStream Entertainment or third party is modified, the content will be disqualified. For example: re-mixing the song provided in a dance contest is not allowed.

• The contestant warrants that all information submitted for the contest is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way, including their identity, age, or any other required information that is submitted for the entry into the contest.

• Contestants are responsible for all expenses associated with the creation of their content.

• While creating the content for the contest, the contestant is responsible for their safety and security, and agrees to hold NewStream Entertainment or any other associated third parties harmless for any injuries or losses. Any entries received that appear to put contestant at risk, will be disqualified.

• The contestant will indemnify NuStream Entertainment and associated artist / artists from any liability and any possible payment obligation, which might arise due to the infringement of copyrights and other ancillary copyrights by third parties as a condition of entering the contest.

• The contestant guarantees that they will follow all applicable international laws which are under civil rights, and thus not discriminate against sex, race, religion, age, physical limitation, and national origin.

• The contestant grants NuStream Entertainment the full commercial rights to use the content, as well any other supporting media, and likeness, submitted in the contest.

• The contestant also agrees to hold NuStream Entertainment harmless for any unauthorized use of the content by any 3rd party. The contestant will need to resolve this directly.

• If judges are involved within the contest, the decision of the judges is final. The contest agrees to abide by the judge's decision.

• The prize money will be distributed to the winning contestants within 30 days after the end of the particular contest.

• If the contestant is not able to except the prize within 10 business days, NuStream Entertainment reserves the right to award the prize to another contestant.

• Prizes awarded are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• NuStream Entertainment reserves the rights to substitute prizes if needed.

• The contestant agrees to hold NuStream Entertainment harmless for any prizes offered by a third party that are not delivered.  The contestant will need to work directly with the 3rd party to resolve the prize distribution.

• The Contestant agrees that NuStream Entertainment is not liable for the malfunction of the website or any technical issues that may occur during the contest, which includes intervention by a third party, hacking, or any other reason.

• NuStream Entertainment reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

• NuStream Entertainment reservice the right to cancel or postpone the contest.
