Event Notes:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event.

  • ​Drinks and snacks will be provided.

  • The event is being held at our studio at 325 Central in Sarasota Florida.

I agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • ​Provide feedback on the content at the private screening.

  • You and the rest of the group will be videotaped during the screening.

  • Give permission to NuStream Entertainment LLC or approved third party representatives the right to use the video screening content or likeness for promotional purposes.

  • Grant the full rights to use the screening content in any type of media including websites, social media, etc.

  • Hold NuStream Entertainment LLC and authorized representatives harmless for any acts by any unauthorized third parties misuse of the screening content.

  • Bootlegging, copying, or distribution of content by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

  • No compensation of any kind will be paid for my appearance in any of the screening content.
